Soap star Ada Nicodemou talks to Trudie McConnochie about her struggle with perfectionism, staying healthy and her greatest love.

If you happen to bump into Ada Nicodemou around Sydney – she’s always up for a fan photo, by the way – don’t be surprised if she seems like she’s in a hurry. The bubbly Home
and Away star has a to-do list longer than her popular character Leah Patterson-Baker’s list of relationship disasters.

Fortunately, her multitasking game is strong. In fact, when the 41-year-old phones Good Health for our interview, she’s driving home after a long day of filming – “I do my phone calls in the car – when I’m at home with [my son] Johnas, I don’t have my phone anywhere near me because I want to try and focus on the moment more.”
